My name is Jacqueline Czaja a personal trainer in Calgary, Alberta. I am a goal-getter, motivator, connector & I am blessed enough to live & breathe my passion every single day. Health & fitness is not just something I do- it is my life. What gets me out of bed each morning knowing that I get to be a part of someone’s journey to health & happiness. I am truly grateful to call my passion my profession.

Being an athlete growing up and living healthy lifestyle eventually allowed me to realize my love of helping others & choose a career path in the field of health & wellness. I took my first steps into the industry while I was still completing University & eventually moved home to Edmonton where I started my own company. The next chapter of my journey begins here at Urban Athlete & I could not be more excited to be a part of this incredible team!

My areas of focus include, weight loss, strength training, healthy mindset development & nutritional cleansing. As a trainer, my goal is to create programs that are effective, challenging & fun! I work with my clients as a team to create a success plan with both physical and mental components, so that they can successfully achieve their goals. I am committed to helping each and every person that I work with create a healthy lifestyle that works for him or her.

The journey to better health & happiness isn’t just about a physical transformation, but rather about the person you become in the process. I can’t wait to work with you!
